Opportunities to launch your career
Internship program
Krepling offers a variety of 3-8 month paid internships. These are open to students, co-ops, recent graduates, and those just kickstarting their careers.
Krepling’s remote-first internships allow you to design your life around what matters to you most.
Early-dev program
The early-dev is a 6-18 month program that allows you to write code for Krepling on a part-time basis whilst receiving a full salary and shares in the company.
The program is designed for those looking to break into or transition their career into the tech field.
FAQ
What’s your work-from-home policy?
All Krepling employees have the option to work remotely, full-time. You can also choose to work at our offices located in Chattanooga, Tennesse, as often as you’d like. If the office life doesn’t appeal to you, opt to work from home and we’ll set you up with everything you need to work remotely, comfortably.
What can I expect from the hiring process?
Typically, there are three steps in our interview process (see above). Engineering roles include a coding project, and Design or Product roles may require a portfolio review or case study. Leadership roles may also require more steps.
Does Krepling have flexible work hours?
Absolutely! We understand that not everyone is an early riser and is more productive in the evening, we are open to fit Krepling into your lifestyle! As long as you are delivering a strong performance, we support and encourage flexible schedules that work for you. We aim to hire the best talent we can find, and that’s why flexible work structures work for our company culture.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes! You are welcome to apply to any roles that feel relevant to your expertise.
How long does the interview process take?
Timelines vary depending on the role you are applying for, scheduling, and how many candidates we are considering. Our team aims for a hiring process that takes anything from three to six weeks.
How long does it take to get feedback on the next steps?
Feedback can vary based on the role and the number of candidates currently being interviewed. We communicate the moment we have a status update on your candidacy.
Will there be opportunities for advancement at Krepling?
Yes! We are all about growth and work closely with you to understand what your interests are, what you want to learn, and where you want to grow. From building the core product to mentor-centric leadership, carving out space and cultivating your growth is at the forefront of our values.
Do I need to take an assessment for engineering roles?
To streamline our hiring process for Engineering, we would rather you speak with someone from the team to explore your technical amplitude for more of a connected experience which may include a live coding exercise.
Can I apply for a role I previously applied for?
Yes! We only prefer you wait 12 months to reapply for Engineering roles.
